Certes. Cela est possible.
Mais, c'est peut-être la Cie. "asiatique" / "Far Eastern" qu'on n'osait révéler !
Peut-être ! Aucune certitude !

- (car c'est Hong Kong Airlines lui-même qui 'cause', ... non pas les scribouillards ... ) ;

HK Airlines to order A380s at Paris Air Show
Bonne nouvelle !An airline spokeswoman, who confirmed the plan, declined to disclose further details until the signing ceremony at the show. However, a senior airline official who spoke on condition of anonymity said the carrier could order "five or six" A380s.
C'est une raison, comme une autre !"The best airlines in the world operate A380s, so if we want to be one of the best, we need to add the A380 to our fleet," he said.
Il y a de la réflexion, ... du "planning".Hong Kong Airlines, whose parent is China's HNA Group, is still finalising the details of the aircraft order, he added.
The airline plans to use the superjumbos to launch flights to new destinations like London and New York, said the official.
HNA Group plans to further develop Hong Kong Airlines into a bigger player in its market, and in March signed a memorandum of understanding for 38 [Vous devez être inscrit et connecté pour voir ce lien] aircraft for the carrier. These comprise 30 [Vous devez être inscrit et connecté pour voir ce lien]-9s, six 777 freighters and two 787-8s in VIP configuration
Oui !

Hong Kong Airlines is the undisclosed customer that signed orders for 15 Boeing 747-8I passenger jets. The deal was announced by Boeing during the Paris air show as one of two orders from undisclosed clients.
Although neither Boeing nor Hong Kong Airlines will confirm the deal, sources told Flightglobal that the carrier, which is owned by HNA Group of China, is the identity of the customer.
"I cannot confirm that with you right now," Yang Jian Hong, president of Hong Kong Airlines told Flightglobal.
Also, the airline's Hong Kong-based spokeswoman said she cannot confirm if the airline had ordered the aircraft, she said she's still awaiting information from Hainan.
Hong Kong Airlines is also expected to announce orders for Airbus A380s at the show.

Airbus has disclosed that it has signed a tentative agreement for 10 A380s with an undisclosed customer.
The airframer said the agreement amounted to a memorandum of understanding for the double-deck type, and that it was potentially worth $3.75 billion at list prices.

Chief operating officer for customers John Leahy said Airbus would not normally mention an undisclosed customer but had been prompted by Boeing's similar announcement of an undisclosed order for 15 Boeing 747-8s.
"It might be the same customer," he said.
Sources have told Flightglobal that Hong Kong Airlines is the carrier behind the 747-8 passenger aircraft deal.

Quand la politique...China holds up Airbus order on EU CO2 row: report
China is holding up a multi-billion euro aircraft order, placed with Airbus by Hong Kong Airlines, in protest at European Union plans to extend carbon dioxide emissions trading to air traffic, a German newspaper reported.
said on Friday the order was initially slated to be signed on Tuesday during German-Chinese top-level government consultations in Berlin, citing industry sources.
Airbus parent EADS and Hong Kong Airlines declined to comment on the matter.
An industry source had told Reuters on Thursday that Hong Kong Airlines, which said last week it would announce orders at the Paris Air Show, placed a firm order for 10 Airbus A380 superjumbos worth $3.8 billion at list prices.
The European planemaker confirmed the deal but did not disclose who the customer was.
From January 2012, the EU will require airlines flying to Europe to be included in the emissions trading scheme (ETS), a system that forces polluters to buy permits for each tonne of carbon dioxide they emit above a certain cap.
Airlines from around the world have attacked the EU over the plan, with some warning of the danger of a trade war and airlines from poorer nations saying they would pay a high price.
Chinese airlines in May joined U.S. rivals in voicing strong opposition to their inclusion in the EU's carbon emissions market from 2012.
Beijing's aviation authority said the EU move will cost Chinese airlines 800 million yuan ($124 million) in the first year and more than triple that by 2020.

Hong Kong Airlines is discussing with Airbus to take over the A380 slots that were previously filled by Australia's Qantas Airways.
Earlier this year, Qantas deferred its order for six A380s, which it was due to receive in 2014, to be delivered between 2018 and 2012.
The aircraft may be taken over by Hong Kong Airlines, which is keen to order the aircraft to increase its capacity on its long-haul routes, said an industry source close to the company.
This may be part of a bigger order for 10 A380s, which was placed by China's HNA Group, Hong Kong Airlines' parent company that also owns mainland carrier, Hainan Airlines.
The remaining A380s may be placed with Hong Kong Airlines or operated by Hainan Airlines itself, the source said.
Airbus said at the Paris Airshow in June this year it had signed a tentative agreement for 10 A380s with an undisclosed customer.
Sources later told Flightglobal the customer was Hong Kong Airlines, although neither the carrier nor the airframer confirmed the information.

Hong Kong Airlines to receive 50 aircraft by 2015
Hong Kong Airlines will receive more than 50 new aircraft over the next four years to expand its operations on international and Chinese domestic routes.
The airline, a division of China's HNA Group, expects to receive the aircraft - 30 widebodies and 21 narrowbodies - between 2012 and 2015, to be used on its long-haul and short-haul operations respectively.
The widebodies on order are 20 A330-200s, six Boeing 787s and up to four A380s, said the airline.
"The group is now positioning to take advantage of the soaring demand for air travel in both the Asia-Pacific region, the fastest growing market for the airline industry, and China, one of the single strongest air travel regions in the world. Among the destinations it is considering for future expansion is Australia," it added.
In March this year, HNA Group signed a memorandum of understanding with Boeing for 38 aircraft for Hong Kong Airlines.
Its director Adam Tan had said that the group plans to build Hong Kong Airlines into a much bigger player in the market to compete with the territories' flag carrier Cathay Pacific.
In the latest announcement, the carrier said it expects six A330s and eight A320s to enter its fleet next year.
Three of the A330s will be configured to seat 116 passengers in an all-club class layout to launch nonstop daily services between Hong Kong and London from March 2012, it added.
Wow !
In 2013, it will receive 18 more aircraft - eight A330s, eight A320s and two A380s. In 2014, six A330s, three A320s and two 787s are scheduled to join its fleet.
The remaining four 787s, two A380s and two A320s will be added in 2015.
Together with its sister carrier Hong Kong Express, Hong Kong Airlines now operates a fleet of eight A330-200s and 10 737s.
Qui arrive a décrypter ? Merci d'avance.

Airbus Wins Order for A380s From Hong Kong Airlines

The orders lifts Airbus’s A380 backlog to 188 planes, ...........

The [Vous devez être inscrit et connecté pour voir ce lien] Air order hasn’t yet appeared in Airbus’s order and delivery figures on the Internet. It will bring Airbus’s order tally for A380s to 27 won last year, when the manufacturer also signed contracts with Japan’s Skymark Airlines and South Korea’s Asiana Airlines Inc. for six each, and a further five for Qatar Airways Ltd.

Hong Kong Airlines confirms order for 10 A380s
6 hours ago : 09 /01 /2012
Hong Kong Airlines has confirmed an order for 10 Airbus A380 aircraft at a list price of $3.8 billion.
The airline signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Airbus for the aircraft at the Paris Air Show in June 2011, but the deal was only confirmed last month, said a spokeswoman.
With the new aircraft, due to be delivered from 2015, the carrier will introduce long-haul services to destinations including Paris, London and Sydney, she added.
Airbus said at the Paris Air Show it signed a tentative agreement for 10 A380s with an undisclosed customer.
Industry sources told Flightglobal Pro in November 2011 that Hong Kong Airlines was discussing with Airbus to take over the A380 slots that were previously filled by Australia's Qantas Airways.

The Hong Kong Civil Aviation Dept. (CAD) has frozen the fleet expansion plans for Hainan Airlines subsidiary Hong Kong Airlines (HX) due to safety concerns.
According to CAD, the Hong Kong-based carrier would have to meet all safety requirements for operating a larger fleet as well as stricter conditions to HX’s air operator’s certificate (AOC) limiting the types of aircraft the carrier can fly.
This means HX cannot add any aircraft without prior approval from CAD.
“With a very rapid expansion of aircraft fleet in recent years, CAD considers that it is time for HX to catch up with its current fleet size by consolidating their existing operations,” CAD said.

Hong Kong may cancel A380 order, delay six 777Fs
Hong Kong Airlines (HX) is considering canceling its order for 10 Airbus A380s according to AFP, amid ongoing Chinese government protests against the European Union Emissions Trading Scheme tax (EU ETS) ([Vous devez être inscrit et connecté pour voir ce lien]).
"There are no firm decisions at this point. It will depend on how the business and the external environment evolves in the future," an HX spokesman told AFP. Despite the possible cancellation, the spokesperson told AFP that HX would eventually have an “all Airbus” fleet.
Consequently, it is also considering delaying delivery of six Boeing 777Fs, originally slated for delivery in 2013 and 2014, to “after”2015, according to Reuters, and replace five 787-800s and two 737-300Fs with A330s and A320s this year.
The carrier earlier this month said it would cease service between Hong Kong and London Gatwick from Sept. 10, to focus on a regional Asia-Pacific model following a review of its European strategy due to the weak economic outlook. The announcement came on the heels of a Hong Kong Civil Aviation Dept. ruling to freeze HX’s fleet expansion plans due to safety concerns surrounding its rapid fleet expansion.
The A380 order, placed in January, is valued at about $3.8 billion at list prices and was scheduled for first delivery in 2015.
