C'était le GY-80 Horizon. Le prototype a effectué son premier vol le 21 juillet 1960, et [Vous devez être inscrit et connecté pour voir ce lien] allait en construire plus de 250 jusqu'en 1969.
Le Gardan Horizon est un quadriplace de tourisme et de voyage entièrement métallique, [Vous devez être inscrit et connecté pour voir ce lien] monoplan aile basse, le train d'atterrissage était semi-retractable de type tricycle, la moitié de chaque roue restants à l'extérieur train rentré; il était couplé a la sortie des volets.
La motorisation de base était de 160 ch (119 kW) Avco Lycoming 0-320-D avec une hélice à pas fixe bipale, mais un moteur plus puissant (180 ch 134 kW Avco Lycoming 0-360) , une hélice à pas variable étaient disponibles en option.

The Horizon is a four-seat low-wing cantilever monoplane with a semi-retractable tricycle landing gear.
Powered by either a 150hp, 160hp or 180hp variants of the [Vous devez être inscrit et connecté pour voir ce lien] flat-four engine.
The company built 267 Horizons before production stopped in 1969.
An improved variant was developed originally as the Super Horizon 2000 and later went into production as the [Vous devez être inscrit et connecté pour voir ce lien].
